Meckow Limited Supply Magirus Fire Truck to Africa

Meckow Limited were contacted regarding the supply of a new Turntable Ladder Fire Truck to Africa. This would enhance their rescue ability in a disaster and emergency situation.
After reviewing the technical specification outlined by the customer it became clear that the Magirus Fire Truck complete with turntable and 55m ladder met the needs of our customer. Discussions were held with the manufacturer and the suitable model was identified.
The DLK55 (CS) was selected as the best model as it had the length of ladder that was required and had many advantages including the following:
- Mature and reliable product
- Easy to operate
- On the ladder top permanently mounted rescue cage for quick operation and greater comfort.
The order was processed and the fire truck is currently on its way to the Customer.
