Supply of Chipping Spreader

Meckow Limited were awarded with the supply contract for Road re-surfacing equipment after a Customer in Africa approached us to source and supply a used Chipping Spreader on their behalf.

This area of road construction was a new venture for our Customer and they asked for our advice on what equipment they would need to fulfil their contract for road resurfacing. After taking into consideration the scale of the work being completed and the area of Africa where it was taking place, we approached many of the leading manufacturers in the UK but eventually Phoenix Engineering informed us of a machine that had come to their attention and advised it may be suitable for our Customer.

The full machine specification was forwarded to our customer who then subsequently asked us to inspect the machine to check suitability. After a full inspection on site we concluded that the machine was suitable for the customer’s requirements and we advised them as such.
